What’s in a Name?

Mostly Fine. I picked this name because I know what it feels like to hold it all together when the worries and self-doubt are loud. Mostly Fine speaks to the overthinkers, the people-pleasers, and the high achievers who have gotten really good at keeping it all together on the outside. It speaks to those who keep going, even when they’re struggling.

Mostly Fine is an invitation to get curious about what’s beneath the surface and explore a way of being that feels more settled and at ease, not just one that looks fine to those looking in.

Mostly Fine also offers an idea about what to expect from therapy. My goal for my clients isn’t for life to feel perfect. That’s just not real. My hope in my work with clients is that the container for holding what is hard gets bigger, capacity grows, and managing it all gets just a little easier. You feel more settled and more trusting of yourself. Maybe you actually feel “Mostly Fine.”
